Advanced Asanas
After having mastered the Asanas Illustrated in the Basic Asanas page one may proceed to practice the advanced Asanas given herein.However as stated earlier we repeat that-"Yogasanas must strictly be learnt under the suitable guidance of an experienced teacher" and every other instruction stated previously must be strictly followed.For more guidance feel free to contact Yogarathna Sri Gopalakrishna Delampady.
